Critically injured by shots that two Israeli settlers fired as he crouched between dumpsters by Route 60, after he threw stones at cars on the road. According to one of the shooters, ‘Abd al-Fatah had also tried to knife the settler’s daughter who was in a car. The two settlers continued firing at ‘Abd al-Fatah as he lay wounded on the ground.
