È stato ucciso a colpi d'arma da fuoco dai soldati mentre viaggiava con due amici, uno dei quali è rimasto ferito dagli spari e l'altro è stato ucciso. Dopo l'episodio l'esercito ha sostenuto che ai tre era stato sparato mentre tentavano di investire dei soldati. L'indagine di B'Tselem indica che non avevano mai visto i soldati prima di essere colpiti. Israele ha trattenuto entrambi i corpi fino al 16 dicembre 2022.

Shot and killed by soldiers while riding with two friends, one of whom was wounded by the fire and the other killed. After the incident, the military claimed the three were shot when attempting to run over soldiers. B’Tselem’s investigation indicates they never saw the soldiers before being shot. Israel held both bodies until 16 December 2022.
