Recibió disparos en el pecho y las piernas de soldados que habían instalado un control volante cerca de su casa. Shot in the chest and legs by soldiers who erected a flying roadblock near his home. Shot as he fled the soldiers after he had an altercation with them because they kept his brothers from coming to the iftar meal to break the Ramadan fast. The military alleges that he was shot after trying to snatch a soldier’s gun.
