Wounded by shots fired by an off-duty military officer after knocking on the windows of the officer’s car while on the road, according to the police, with a stone. Shortly afterwards, Muflih attacked and injured a Border Police commander and was then shot by the officer. According to the police, the Border Police commander sustained light injuries.
