همراه با پدر و مادرش، پدربزرگش، پدر و مادرِ پدربزرگش، عمه و عمویش، عمه پدرش، دو همسر برادران پدربزرگش، که یکی از آنان همراه با سه فرزندش، از جمله دو خردسال، بود، و نیز هشت تن از خاندانشان، از جمله پنج خردسال، که در دو ساختمان مجاور زندگی می‌کردند، شهید شد. در ساختمان دیگری در نزدیکی، متعلق به خانواده ابوالعوف، ۲۲ نفر، از جمله نُه خردسال، شهید شدند. در ساختمان چهارمی در حدود ۵۰۰ متری دیگر ساختمان‌ها، دو تن از ساکنان شهید شدند. به گفته ارتش، شبکه تونل‌های حماس از زیر این خیابان می‌گذشت.

Killed with his parents, grandfather, great-grandparents, aunt and uncle, his great-aunt, his grandfather's brothers' two wives, one with her three children, including two minors, as well as eight people from their extended family who lived in two adjoining buildings, including five minors. In another nearby building, owned by the Abu al-'Oaf family, 22 people were killed, including nine minors. In a fourth building located about 500 meters from the others, two occupants were killed. According to the military, the Hamas tunnel network ran under the street.
