استُشهدت مع عمها في ساحة منزلها وهي على وشك تناول الغداء، بعد أن لجأ العم وعائلته إليها، في غارة جوية على مبنى الشوا في شارع الوحدة المقابل للمنزل. ودمرت الغارة الطابقين العلويين من مبنى الشوا الذي كان يضم مكاتب منظمات غير حكومية.
النص الأصلي
Killed with her uncle in her yard as she was about to have lunch, after the uncle and his family had fled there, in an airstrike on the a-Shawa building on al-Wehda Street opposite the house. The strike destroyed the two top floors of the a-Shawa building, which held NGO offices.
