È stato ucciso insieme al padre, ai nonni, al fratello e alla sorella, alla moglie e al loro figlio di quattro mesi, alla zia, alle mogli dei suoi due zii e ai tre figli di uno di loro, tra cui due minorenni, nonché a otto persone della famiglia allargata che vivevano in due edifici adiacenti, tra cui cinque minorenni. In un altro edificio vicino, di proprietà della famiglia Abu al-'Oaf, sono state uccise 22 persone, tra cui nove minorenni. Killed with his father, grandparents, his brother and sister, his wife and their four-month-old son, his aunt, the wives of his two uncles and the three children of one of them, including two minors, as well as eight people from their extended family who lived in two adjoining buildings, including five minors.
