আশ-শেখ জায়েদ টাওয়ারে তাদের পাশাপাশি অ্যাপার্টমেন্টগুলোতে বোমা হামলায় স্বামী, নাবালক ছেলে এবং আল-গাজালি পরিবারের তিন সদস্যের সঙ্গে শহীদ হন, যাদের মধ্যে তিন মাস বয়সী একটি শিশুকন্যা ছিল। তার ও তার স্বামীর মরদেহ বোমা হামলার পরদিনই কেবল খুঁজে পাওয়া যায়।
