Blessé par des tirs de soldats à bord de jeeps militaires alors qu'il leur lançait un cocktail Molotov tandis qu'ils se retiraient du village. Mort de ses blessures peu après. Son frère, qui était avec lui et s'apprêtait lui aussi à lancer un cocktail Molotov enflammé sur les jeeps, a également été blessé par les tirs des soldats et est mort de ses blessures peu après.

Wounded by shots fired by soldiers in military jeeps as he was throwing a Molotov cocktail at them while they were retreating from the village. Died of his wounds shortly after. His brother, who was with him and was also about to throw a burning Molotov cocktail at the jeeps, was also wounded by the soldiers’ fire and died of his wounds shortly after.
