Foi morta no terraço da casa da família com a irmã, menor de idade, o avô e outros seis membros da família, cinco deles menores, quando alimentavam os coelhos e pombos da família. Killed on the rooftop of her family’s home with her sister, a minor, her grandfather and six other members of her family, five of them minors, while feeding the family’s rabbits and pigeons. They were killed in a strike on their home, which is near the marketplace in the neighborhood of a-Shuja’iyeh, Gaza City. In a strike on the marketplace shortly after, another 20 people were killed, including four medics, three of them Hamas military branch operatives.
