Dipendente del servizio idrico comunale. Era entrato nel tunnel delle condotte fognarie vicino a casa sua per riparare un guasto. La casa è stata bombardata ed è stato ucciso insieme a due dei suoi figli. Altri nove membri della famiglia sono rimasti feriti.

An employee of the municipal water department. Entered the sewage pipe tunnel close to his home to repair a fault. The house was bombed and he was killed with two of his children. Nine other members of the family were injured.
