È stato ucciso quando sono state bombardate le case di famiglia, insieme a sua moglie e a 3 suoi figli minorenni, due dei quali bambini piccoli. Suo fratello, rimasto ferito nell'attacco, è morto per le ferite il 22 novembre 2019. Sono stati uccisi anche la moglie del fratello e i loro due figli piccoli, e altre 8 persone, 7 delle quali minori, sono rimaste ferite.

Killed when the family homes were bombed, along with his wife and three of his minor children, two of them toddlers. His brother, who was wounded in the attack, died of his wounds on 22 November 2019. The brother’s wife and their two young children were also killed and 8 other people, 7 of them minors, were wounded.
