Murió en casa junto con su madre cuando bombas guiadas alcanzaron su edificio y mataron también a tres altos mandos del brazo armado de la Yihad Islámica, a otro residente del edificio y a un menor que vivía en un edificio cercano. Killed at home along with his mother when guided bombs hit their building, also killing three senior Islamic Jihad military wing operatives, another building resident and a minor living in a nearby building. Additionally, 51 Palestinians, including 23 minors and 14 women, were wounded in the attack.
