Foi morto junto com outro membro armado quando estavam no telhado de uma casa onde haviam se entrincheirado, durante uma troca de tiros com agentes da Unidade Especial de Polícia, que dispararam munição real e mísseis antitanque contra a casa. Outros seis palestinos foram feridos por munição real na troca de tiros e em confrontos na cidade. Um deles morreu em decorrência dos ferimentos em 23 de novembro de 2022.

Killed along with another armed operative while on the roof of a house where they had barricaded themselves, during an exchange of fire with Special Police Unit officers who fired live ammunition and anti-tank missiles at the house. Six other Palestinians were injured by live shots in the exchange of fire and in clashes in the city. One of them died of his wounds on 23 Nov. 2022.
