Fatally shot by a soldier near a bus station at Gush Etzion junction, from a distance of several meters away, after running towards him. According to the military, ‘Amru was holding a knife. In footage published by the media, ’Amru is seen taking an object out of his pocket before being shot. Israel held his body until 4 January 2023.
