Tué chez lui lorsque des bombes guidées ont frappé un bâtiment voisin, tuant trois hauts responsables de la branche militaire du Jihad islamique, deux habitants du bâtiment et le fils de l'un d'eux. En outre, 51 Palestiniens, dont 23 mineurs et 14 femmes, ont été blessés dans l'attaque.

Killed at home when guided bombs hit a nearby building, killing three senior Islamic Jihad military wing operatives, two residents of the building and the son of one of the residents. Additionally, 51 Palestinians, including 23 minors and 14 women, were wounded in the attack.
