Blessé par des obus de char tirés sur lui et sur un autre jeune Palestinien, légèrement blessé, alors qu'ils tentaient d'entrer en Israël avec des engins incendiaires. Il a succombé à ses blessures plus tard dans la journée.

Injured by tank shells fired at him and at another Palestinian youth, who was lightly injured, when they tried to enter Israel with incendiary devices. Died of his wounds later that day.
