Tué par des éclats alors qu'il se trouvait dans les bureaux d'une ONG qu'il dirigeait, au rez-de-chaussée d'un immeuble visé par trois bombes. Deux autres personnes ont été tuées et quatre autres blessées dans la frappe aérienne.

Killed by shrapnel while in the offices of an NGO he ran on the ground floor of a building that was targeted by three bombs. Two other people were killed and another four injured in the airstrike.
