Killed by many bullets to the chest and thighs fired at him by soldiers. According to media reports, he was shot while trying to stab Israelis at a hitchhiking station. The gunfire also critically injured a young Palestinian woman who was passing by in a car; she died of her wounds on 16 December 2015 at a hospital in Israel.
