Shot in the head by Israeli security forces during the Return Protests near the Gaza perimeter fence, east of the town of ‘Abasan al-Jadida; thousands took part in the protests. During the protest, some of the demonstrators torched tires and threw stones at Israeli security forces stationed on the other side of the fence.
