কাফর আদ-দিকের প্রাচীন প্রাসাদ সংস্কারের সময় শহীদ হন। ঘটনাস্থলে আসা সেনারা দাবি করে, সেখান থেকে তাদের দিকে পাথর ছোড়া হয়েছিল। তিনি প্রাসাদের ওপরের তলার দরজা খুললে এক সেনা তাঁর দিকে গুলি চালায়।
