শহরে সেনাবাহিনীর অভিযানের সময় সেনাদের দিকে একটি আইইডি ছোড়ার পর তাদের গুলিতে বুকে ও পেটে আহত হন। কিছুক্ষণ পর আঘাতের কারণে শহীদ হন।
