খান ইউনিসের পূর্বে আজ-জান্না এলাকায় সেনাবাহিনীর অনুপ্রবেশের সময় আল-মুগরাবি পরিবারের বাড়িগুলো ও পাশের জমিতে বোমাবর্ষণ হলে আরও সাতজনের সঙ্গে শহীদ হন, যাঁদের চারজন সশস্ত্র শাখার সদস্য। অনুপ্রবেশের সঙ্গে বাড়িঘর ও কৃষিজমিতে বোমাবর্ষণ ও গোলাবর্ষণ চলে।
