استُشهدت مع خمسة من أفراد عائلتها في بيت زوج أختها، حيث لجأت عائلتها، في قصف استهدف مسجد العمري القريب. وقُتل في القصف ١٨ شخصًا، بينهم عامل في الدفاع المدني كان من عناصر الجناح العسكري لحماس، وثلاثة أشخاص أُصيبوا ثم توفوا متأثرين بجراحهم.

Killed with five members of her family at the home of her brother-in-law, where her family had found shelter, in a strike on the nearby al-‘Omari Mosque. Eighteen people were killed in the strike, including a civil defense worker who was a Hamas military branch operative, and three people who were injured and later died of their injuries.
